Everyone sitting in your vehicle is always facing the dash. So one of the best ways to upgrade your vehicle’s interior is to upgrade the dashboard. There are quite a few different easy and inexpensive ways to upgrade your dash. We have a few ideas for you:

1. Fix Scratches And Cracks On Your Dash

Dash damage

Whether you have a basic sedan or an expensive car, your dash will degrade over time. It may get scratched up and/or get cracked due to:

  • Sun exposure

Such damage can make your dash an eyesore. The good news is there are several different ways to fix scratches and cracks on your dash.

If you want to give your dash more color, adding All-Fit Gap Trim to your dashboard is the perfect way to do it. All-Fit Gap Trim is a strip of durable rubber that can be fitted between the gaps on your dash. For example:

  • The gaps around the infotainment center
  • The gaps around the HVAC vents
  • The gaps around the door handle panels

All-Fit Gap Trim is an affordable solution that adds a custom look to your dash in a matter of minutes. It’s available in several high-end colors:

  • Carbon fiber
  • Chrome

Want to give your car a cool upgrade that will drop jaws? Give your instrument cluster LED lights! This upgrade will:

  • Change the color of your instrument cluster when it’s lit up
  • Provide more vivid illumination, which is easier on the eyes at night
  • Make your instrument cluster last longer (LED light bulbs last longer than regular bulbs)

It can be pretty tricky to take apart an instrument cluster. That’s why we recommend having a professional do it for you if you’re uncomfortable doing it yourself. There are companies that specialize in repairing and upgrading instrument clusters. ISS Automotive is a good one.
